AA: Wake up, send out interview requests... Get a big fat YES to every interview request I send out. Head over to the studio. Have a few meetings. Film a few interviews for my youtube channel (www.youtube.com/ayshiaarmani) and videos/tutorials for my beauty channel do a bit of blogging for both sites while having some lunch.<br />
<br />
Then start editing videos to go online. Head off to a media event in the evening - network etc and then go home, watch a movie and relax, have dinner and plan for tomorrow. That may sound a bit boring I know, but I love what I do and although it's a bit draining at times I find it all so fun!<br />

A top tip for LFW is to wear an outfit that takes you from day to night and this goes for accessories too, keeping a clutch in your bag means you can make that transition all the more easily. Depending on your hair type, you might need to keep a can of hairspray or dry shampoo, but for me curl revive spray is essential to keep my locks hydrated and frizz-free.<br />

Wearing your highest heels is not a good idea. Trust me. Flatforms or heeled boots are a great option, but if you know your shoes hurt, slip party feet gel cushions into your bag. Cosmetics that multitask leave you more time to run between shows so a lip and cheek stain such as bene-tint is a great space saver. The day featured a series of seminars from industry experts, live styling of a range of different hair styles and types and many stalls selling products and services for natural hair. The show was organised by WITJ (that's Woman in the Jungle to you) and the day's main events were hosted on the main stage and included talks from Danielle Pond of <a href="http://www.pureblisscleanse.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Pure Bliss Cleanse</a> (who passed around McDonald's chips bought in 2011 that hadn't changed AT ALL! - this means that no part of those chips was ever natural. The Soil Association Organic Health & Beauty Weekend on 7-8 September celebrates organic beauty products with regional events and discount vouchers, the winners of the Organic Food Awards supported by Seeds of Change will be announced on 19 September and the Organic Fashion & Textiles Weekend on 21-22 September will be a focal point for organic textiles and fashion brands and retailers.<br />
